The Chiron - Nikon Diamond Magnum microscope is used as an aid to Standardized RK (radial keratotomy) eye procedures. The diamond knife was calibrated with thisMonocular Calibration Scope. The microscope is housed in a high impact plastic case and has a Long Working Distance Nikon 10X objective and Nikon CFI 10X eyepiece. The illuminator powers up and the measurement system appears to work. The dispay indicates 'BATT' which suggests that an internal battery needs to be replaced.
